Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and trustworthy self-starter.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing environments.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs/targets.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are essential.

Aufgaben

• Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers.
• Engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employers.
• Identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready.
• Provide participants with tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
• Apply problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes.
