Job summary
Bayside Health is seeking a Cancer Services Manager to lead the operational management, nursing leadership and development of Cancer Services at Peninsula University Hospital in Frankston,Victoria. The role reports to the Operations Director and oversees the Frankston and Rosebud Chemotherapy Day Units, along with related programs.

Qualifications
- Current RN registration with AHPRA.
- Postgraduate qualification in oncology or health service management, or progress towards one.
- Significant leadership and operational management experience in cancer/chemo services.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume clinical service, budgets and workforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational management, nursing leadership and ongoing development of Cancer Services at Peninsula Care Group.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, allied health and other leaders to integrate services.
- Provide oversight of Frankston and Rosebud Chemotherapy Day Units and related programs.
- Ensure safe, patient-centred cancer care, governance, and resource optimisation.
