Bayside Health is recruiting a Strategic Director of Operations for the Alfred Cancer program to lead the delivery of safe, high‑quality services across cancer care. You will partner with the Program Director to drive performance, manage budgets, and improve patient outcomes across multiple sites.

This leadership role demands exceptional governance, communication, and change management skills, with a proven ability to build high‑performing teams and to influence across complex health networks

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA as a clinician (nursing or allied health).
• Tertiary qualification in healthcare, preferably a master's in health or business management.
• Proven experience leading large, complex health programs.
• Strong operational, financial, and service-improvement track record.
• Commitment to evidence-based care, research and innovation.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operational leadership across cancer services.
