Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to plan and manage contracted responsibilities for assigned clinical projects. You will act as the primary client contact and lead the project team to deliver on time and within budget in compliance with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of drug development, CRO operations, and experience in budget control, vendor management, and recruitment strategies across sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• At least 5 years' experience within the clinical research industry and previous project management experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of clinical projects.
• Act as primary contact between Novotech and client.
• Manage the study budget and revenue according to agreements and targets.
• Ensure project on time and to budget and maintain quality deliverables.
