Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to plan and manage all contracted responsibilities for assigned clinical projects. You will act as the primary contact between Novotech and the client, leading the execution to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a solid understanding of drug development, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables and efficient study progress.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• At least 5 years' experience within the clinical research industry and previous project management experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all contracted responsibilities for assigned projects.
• Act as primary contact between Novotech and client.
• Lead and oversee execution of clinical projects to deliver on time and budget.
• Manage project budget and revenue and forecast accordingly.
• Coordinate study vendors and essential regulatory submissions with teams.
• Ensure adherence to ICH GCP, local regulation, and SOPs; maintain study plans and CTMS/eTMF.
• Oversee subject recruitment and site management to meet timelines.
