Job summary

NSW Health's St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator/Registered Nurse (Clinical Research) to lead patient-centred trials at The Kinghorn Cancer Centre.

You will coordinate study visits, screen participants, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements, while integrating nursing care with research duties. The role offers professional development in a world-class cancer research precinct and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA registration
• Experience or training in clinical research and trials
• Knowledge of HREC and regulatory submissions (RGO)
• Experience in oncology/haematology research added value
• Strong data handling and trial documentation skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical trials.
• Screen and recruit participants; schedule study visits and trial activities.
• Educate patients and staff; manage trial data collection.
• Coordinate biological samples and monitor data queries.
• Maintain communication with patients, sponsors and research partners.
• Provide nursing care within trial protocols and scope of practice.
