Job summary

Better Staff is partnering with an Australian AI SaaS company in Sydney to bring exciting onboarding opportunities for new customers. You’ll guide users through the onboarding process, assist with their two-week trial, and help them discover the platform’s capabilities from day one.

Join a fast-moving team working with Sales, Product and Engineering. You’ll learn and grow as the company scales, delivering an excellent customer experience and contributing to streamlined onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding customers or supporting software platforms is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities are essential.
• Excellent organisational and detail-oriented approach to manage multiple onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process, including the initial two-week trial.
• Help customers navigate the platform and understand its functionality.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure customers get up and running quickly.
• Track progress, follow up and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Escalate technical questions to the appropriate teams.
• Contribute to improving and streamlining onboarding processes.
