Job summary

Snowy Hydro is seeking an Onboarding Lead for Snowy 2.0 to mobilise and onboard the workforce across the project. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure personnel are compliant, competent, and ready to perform safely before deployment, reporting to the Head of People and Culture.

Based in Cooma with relocation or FIFO options, you will oversee housing logistics, training, and governance, drive continuous improvement through digital solutions, and align onboarding with project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience within Mobilisation or Onboarding with the construction, mining or oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a multidisciplinary team across mobilisation, onboarding, training and compliance functions.
• Drive workforce readiness ensuring personnel are compliant, competent, and ready to perform safely before deployment.
• Oversee housing allocations and relationships with local providers for Cooma housing logistics.
• Develop and execute the Employee Relations Mobilisation Plan and Workforce Readiness procedures.
• Drive governance, audits, and regular compliance dashboards for executive leadership.
