Snowy Hydro is seeking an Onboarding Lead for Snowy 2.0 to mobilise and onboard the workforce across the project. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring safety, compliance, and readiness before deployment, reporting to the Head of People and Culture.

Based in Cooma, NSW, the role covers housing logistics, site access, training governance, and stakeholder coordination with contractors and community providers.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience across mobilisation, onboarding, training and compliance.
• Experience with high-volume, fast-paced mobilisation programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and manage a multidisciplinary team across mobilisation, onboarding, training and compliance.
• Oversee site access, licenses, medical clearances, police clearances and FIFO/DIDO logistics.
• Drive 100% compliance with standards and deliver regular dashboards to executives.
• Lead housing allocations and relationships with real estate providers in Cooma.
• Direct project-related events, milestones and recognition initiatives.
• Harness digital solutions to streamline onboarding and improve candidate experience.
