Snowy Hydro is seeking an Onboarding Lead for Snowy 2.0 to mobilise and onboard the workforce across the project. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, drive readiness, and ensure compliance before deployment, reporting to the Head of People and Culture.

The role covers housing logistics in Cooma and engagement with stakeholders across the project. Located at the Cooma head office with potential relocation or FIFO arrangements, this position requires experience in mobilisation or onboarding on

Qualifikationen

• Experience in mobilisation or onboarding for large-scale infra projects.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team across mobilisation, onboarding, training, and compliance.
• Oversee site access, licenses, medical clearances, and police checks.
• Drive compliance dashboards and audit readiness.
• Manage housing framework in Cooma and related contracts.

• Leverage digital solutions to speed up onboarding.
