As an Onboarding Assistant, you'll help coordinate the journey of people joining AWCON — from accepting an offer through to being ready to start on site.

This isn't just another admin role.
You'll see the people side of major construction and mining projects and learn how recruitment, HR, mobilisation and workforce planning come together to get the right people where they need to be.
And because we're growing quickly, you'll have the opportunity to do more than follow a process.
You might already have some experience in administration, coordination, recruitment, HR, customer service or project support — or you may simply have the right attitude, natural organisation and ambition to learn.
You'll bring:
Experience in construction, mining, engineering, infrastructure or mobilisation will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
We can teach you the systems and processes. What we can't teach is initiative, energy and a genuine interest in helping people.
Join a business where your career can grow alongside the organisation.
You'll get:
At AWCON, we're building more than projects — we're building careers.
Our projects are challenging, our environments are diverse, and our people are what make it happen.
You don't need to have your entire career mapped out.
Bring your curiosity.
Bring your people skills.
Bring your energy and ambition.
If you're ready to build your career in HR, recruitment and workforce support and want to join a rapidly scaling Australian business where you can learn, contribute, take ownership and grow, we'd love to hear from you.
