Job summary

Nestlé Australia is seeking a casual Merchandiser to represent our iconic brands in-store. You will travel across local grocery channels, build displays, secure shelf space and collaborate with Store Managers to achieve strong commercial outcomes.

This is ideal for someone starting in sales or seeking flexible, hands-on experience with a global leader in nutrition and wellness. You'll work Wednesday–Friday (10-20 hours) with potential extra hours during peak times, and you’ll need a valid

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships.
• Have a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Hands-on approach; able to lift, move and build displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work.
• Live within the local area and can work independently on the road.
• Be organized, safety-focused and motivated to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
• Build displays, secure space and drive in-store standout.
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan with extra hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of your day, with support from your Territory Sales Manager.
