Job summary

Nestlé Australia is seeking a Merchandiser to represent brand in-store across the VIC market. This casual role runs Wednesday to Friday, 12–18 hours per week, with potential extra hours during peak times. Must have unrestricted driver’s licence and own vehicle to support store visits.

You'll build displays, secure shelf space, and partner with Store Managers to drive strong commercial outcomes while gaining hands-on sales experience with a global leader in Nutrition, Health and Wellness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Have a valid driver\'s licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Live within the local area and enjoy working independently on the road.
• Be organised, safety-focused and motivated to deliver strong results.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road and represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
• Build displays, secure space and drive standout in-store execution.
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan with potential extra hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of your day, backed by support from your Territory Sales Manager.
