Job summary

Nestlé Australia is seeking a hands-on Territory Sales role based in Keilor, VIC. You will represent Nestlé across grocery channels, build compelling displays, and secure valuable in-store space while working with store managers to achieve strong commercial outcomes.

The casual position runs Wednesday–Friday (12-18 hours per week) with potential extra hours during peak times; you will need a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Hands-on approach with ability to lift and build displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture highlights.
• Live within the local area and enjoy independent work on the road.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road and represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
• Build displays, secure space and drive standout in-store execution.
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan with potential extra hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of your day, backed by support from your Territory Sales Manager.
