Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a casual Merchandiser in Emerald, QLD to bring our iconic brands to life in-store. You’ll travel to multiple grocers, set up displays, secure shelf space and collaborate with store managers to achieve strong sales results.

The role runs Wednesday to Friday (10–15 hours weekly) with potential extra hours during peak times. Must have a driver's licence and reliable vehicle, with full Australian working rights and ability to work independently on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships with store teams.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Hands‑on approach; comfortable lifting, moving and assembling displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights.
• Live within the local area and able to work independently on the road.
• Be organised, safety‑mocused and motivated to deliver strong results.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road and represent Nestlé across Grocery channels (Coles, Woolworths & Independents).
• Build displays, secure space and drive standout in‑store execution.
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan with the opportunity for extra hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of your day, backed by support from your Territory Sales Manager.
