Qualifications

• Relevant training and assessment qualifications required (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) and experience delivering nationally recognised training.
• Strong instructional and assessment skills with ability to plan sessions and facilitate theory and practical learning.
• Knowledge of work health and safety, risk management, and compliance in mining, construction, or renewables sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners and clients.
• Solid organisational and administrative skills, including accurate recordkeeping and documentation.
• On-site work in Dubbo, Wagga Wagga and surrounding NSW with some travel to satellite or client sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nationally recognised training programs across the scope of delivery.
• Facilitate classroom and practical sessions and assess learner competency.
• Prepare training materials and maintain accurate training records.
• Provide feedback and support to learners to help achieve qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and contribute to content improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align training with operational needs.
