Job summary

Golding Contractors Mount Isa, Queensland is seeking a Field-Based Mining Trainer & Assessor focused on production training. You will deliver and coordinate training, onboard new starters and maintain a strong culture of safety and competency on site.

You will monitor training plans, provide coaching and in-field assessments, and support NTI participants while aligning training activities with client requirements and Golding systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mining trainer and assessor.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and competency frameworks.
• Experience with NTI participants (if relevant).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate mining production training.
• Monitor and manage training plans on site.
