Job summary

NotesEdu, located in Westmead, NSW, seeks a Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, boosting online presence and supporting marketing and sales efforts. You’ll work on-site with the Marketing and Sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in social media roles, strong knowledge of major platforms, and solid SEO awareness. You’ll lead content creation, monitor campaigns, and drive engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and other platforms.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
• Excellent multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Define most important social media KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Attend educational conferences.
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Hire and train other in the team.
• Provide constructive feedback.
• Adhere to rules and regulations.
• Present to Senior Management.
