Job summary

Adbri Concrete is seeking a Quality & Technical Specialist based in Darwin to oversee QA/QC across multiple NT sites and support mix design and process improvements. You will work closely with operations teams and external laboratories to ensure product quality and customer outcomes.

The role requires strong concrete/aggregate testing knowledge, the ability to analyze data and provide practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of concrete and/or aggregate testing.
• Ability to interpret results and translate into operational actions.
• Experience with mix design and testing standards (NATA/Australian Standards) preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs for site support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC across Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs operations.
• Review batch, testing and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support development of new mixes and optimize existing products and processes.
• Provide technical guidance to batchers and operations teams; ensure product standards.
• Coordinate external laboratory testing and data management; maintain records.
