Job summary

Seymour Whyte is seeking a Site Administrator to join the Cressbrook Dam Safety Improvement Project team in Queensland. You will work closely with site engineers and stakeholders to keep documentation organized, processes running smoothly and the project connected.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Based on site in Biarra, you’ll contribute to a major dam safety upgrade, with a supportive team and a clear path for professional development within a leading civil contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and processes
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project records, registers and controlled documentation
• Ensure project information is current, well-organised and easily accessible
• Assist with document control, reporting and compliance requirements
• Support the efficient administration of project activities and documentation
