Job summary

Seymour Whyte is seeking a Site Administrator to join the Cressbrook Dam Safety Improvement Project team in Queensland. You will work closely with site engineers and stakeholders to keep documentation organized, processes running smoothly and the project connected.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Based on site in Biarra, you’ll contribute to a major dam safety upgrade, with a supportive team and a clear path for professional development within a leading civil contractor.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach

Job description

The Cressbrook Dam Safety Improvement Project is a major dam safety and flood resilience upgrade delivering complex works to critical water infrastructure in the Toowoomba Region. Seymour Whyte, in alliance with SMEC and Toowoomba Regional Council, has been selected to help deliver this flagship project, bringing together construction delivery, engineering expertise and collaborative project leadership on one of Queensland’s most significant local government-led dam upgrades.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our project team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project. Working closely with site teams, engineers and stakeholders, you will help keep information organised, processes running smoothly, and the project team connected and supported. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Based on site in Biarra, this role offers a generous project uplift, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a highly complex infrastructure project.

About the role:
