Job summary

Scape Co. in Sydney is seeking a Junior Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications to join the team delivering finance, CRM and operational systems across Aveo, Scape and RTL Co.

You will participate in the full project lifecycle, write requirements, test, train users and support go-live, with a strong emphasis on hands-on delivery and practical problem solving. The role offers exposure to ERP and CRM platforms, working alongside vendors and an internal delivery team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in IT, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
• Exposure to ERP, finance or CRM platforms, or tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic systems environment.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on with the systems we deliver and learn their configuration and potential improvements.
• Run requirements sessions with business users and translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and Jira tickets.
• Collaborate with vendors and our delivery team to keep work moving and clarify actions.
• Write and run test scripts, log defects, and guide users through UAT.
• Prepare training materials and deliver sessions across the business.
• Support go-live and post‑live support across platforms (NetSuite, TechnologyOne, Concur, Web Expenses).
• Identify recurring pain points and help simplify or automate processes, including basic reporting and AI-assisted tooling.
