Job summary

Voith Hydro in Australia is seeking a proactive HSE Administrator to support health, safety and environmental management across operations based in Lobs Hole, NSW. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining HSE records, assisting with risk assessments, incident reporting and corrective action tracking to sustain a strong safety culture.

You will coordinate training, toolbox talks and inductions, ensuring policies and procedures are clearly communicated to site teams and contractors

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices for industrial/construction environments.
• Experience in Environment Health and Safety regulations, standards, and reporting.
• Excellent communication for diverse stakeholders and clear documentation.
• Experience in coordinating and delivering HSE training and inductions.
• Qualification in HSE (e.g., Certificate IV) is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with HSE documentation systems.
• Ability to collaborate on-site with audits and inspections, promoting safety culture.
• Experience in energy/industrial sectors is advantageous.
