Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of operating theatre and healthcare infrastructure installations across hospitals in Australia. You’ll spend significant time on-site, solving problems, coordinating contractors, hospital stakeholders, internal teams and suppliers, and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll need a practical, solutions-focused approach, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while building strong

Qualifications

• Experience managing installation, construction, technical, infrastructure, or capital equipment projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on, on-site problem solving with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of operating theatre and healthcare infrastructure projects
• Coordinating contractors, hospital stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers
• Supporting installation activities and being present on-site throughout key project phases
• Monitoring timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestones
• Identifying issues early and developing practical solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulatory and site requirements
• Providing regular updates and clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders
• Building trusted relationships that create a positive project experience for everyone involved
