Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Project Site Supervisor in Sydney to partner with Project Managers and deliver Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate contractor-led works, ensure safety and quality, and serve as the on-site lead ensuring timely handovers.

Ideal candidates have site coordination experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach across teams with willingness to travel across the region.

• Track progress, manage risks, and help meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, quality checks, and commissioning.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate contractor-led Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand
• Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver projects from installation through to handover
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, hospital representatives, and internal teams
• Act as the go-to person on-site, resolving issues and keeping communication flowing
• Track project progress, manage risks, and help ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct site inspections, testing, quality checks, and commissioning activities
• Support smooth project delivery while creating a positive experience for customers and stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Experience coordinating site-based projects, installations, fit-outs, construction works, or contractor-led activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams
• Experience managing project schedules, site documentation, and contractor coordination
• A current Australian Driver's Licence and the ability to travel regularly throughout Australia and New Zealand
