Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Project Site Supervisor in Sydney to partner with Project Managers and deliver Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate contractor-led works, ensure safety and quality, and serve as the on-site lead ensuring timely handovers.

Ideal candidates have site coordination experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach across teams with willingness to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site-based projects or installations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor-led Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with Project Managers to drive installation through handover.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Serve as on-site lead, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication.
• Track progress, manage risks, and help meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, quality checks, and commissioning.
