Stryker is seeking a Project Manager to lead operating theatre and healthcare technology installations across hospitals. This hybrid role combines on-site problem solving with coordinating a broad range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

You will manage installation activities, monitor timelines and budgets, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams to keep projects moving forward and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Experience managing installation, construction, technical, infrastructure, or capital equipment projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confidence working on-site and coordinating a range of trades, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• A technical aptitude and willingness to get involved when required.
• A collaborative style and genuine enjoyment of working within a close-knit team.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of operating theatre and healthcare infrastructure projects
• Coordinating contractors, hospital stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers
• Supporting installation activities and being present on-site throughout key project phases
• Monitoring timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestones
• Identifying issues early and developing practical solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulatory and site requirements
• Providing regular updates and clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders
• Building trusted relationships that create a positive project experience for everyone involved
