Job summary

Zenergy is partnering with a leading infrastructure contractor to recruit Health and Safety Advisors for a major renewable energy and infrastructure project in regional NSW. Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you will provide hands-on safety support, conduct investigations, risk assessments and training, while promoting a proactive safety culture on

Qualifications

• WHS qualification required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Health and Safety roles.
• Experience across civil construction, major infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy or electrical construction is highly regarded.
• Hands-on, proactive safety approach with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on safety support across construction teams and high-risk site activities.
• Build strong relationships with project managers, supervisors and frontline personnel to promote safety culture.
• Conduct incident investigations, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Undertake site inspections, audits, safety observations and verifications of critical controls.
• Review and support SWMS, permits and safe systems of work.
