Job summary

Australasian College of Health and Wellness (ACHW) seeks an experienced Dermal Therapy Clinical Educator/Facilitator for its Sydney‑Alexandria teaching clinic. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Dermal Therapy, Clinical Aesthetics, Health Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant clinical experience in dermal therapy or aesthetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to support diverse learning styles.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on clinical supervision and practical instruction.
• Mentor students throughout their clinical learning journey.
• Observe, guide and assess student treatments in line with best practice.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support skill development.
• Promote safe practice, clinical reasoning and professional conduct.
• Maintain accurate clinical and student documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical teaching practices.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
