Qualifications

• Formal Dermal Therapies qualification required (e.g., Diploma/Cert in Dermal Therapies).
• Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Training and Assessment within six months.
• Strong clinical dermal therapy skills and teaching aptitude.

• Train AACDS students in dermal therapy practicals per AACDS protocols.
• Support assessment delivery and validation processes.

You will combine hands‑on clinical practice with structured education in a modern training clinic environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Training AACDS students in dermal therapy practical competencies in line with AACDS protocols
• Supporting assessment delivery and validation processes
• Delivering advanced dermal therapy treatments to clinic clients
• Assisting with clinic operations, administration and reception support as required

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking experienced Dermal Therapists who are excited by both clinical excellence and education.

You will bring:

• A formal qualification in Dermal Therapies and 2 years’ industry experience
• A commitment to obtain (or already hold) a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment within six months
• Strong treatment skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional communication and presentation
• A positive, proactive and collaborative approach
• Strong organisation, reliability and time management
• Confidence working with students, clients and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management systems
