Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial construction projects between $30M-$100M.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.
• Advanced WHS knowledge relevant to construction sites.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Jobpac).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, delivering on time, within scope and on budget.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, to foster a collaborative environment.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining open communication to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Develop and implement the project program and schedule.
• Establish and maintain an accurate cost control system including budget and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold safety and quality standards.
