Job summary

FCC Construction Australia Pty Ltd – Cairns QLD is seeking a Site Administrator for our Woree-based construction project, on a fixed-term basis, full-time on site.

The role combines office administration, broader administrative tasks and finance support, supporting engineers and supervisors, welcoming guests, placing orders, and maintaining HSE records. This position offers growth opportunities within the project team.

Qualifications

• Previous office admin experience
• Punctual and reliable
• Intermediate MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and take on ad-hoc tasks
• Previous construction industry exposure preferred
• White Card (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Assisting Engineers, Supervisors and the broader team with administrative tasks
• Welcoming guests and assisting with reception tasks on an ad-hoc basis
• Making and receiving orders (milk, fruit, stationery, etc.)
• Monitoring and ordering of stationery, toner, etc.
• Taking Meeting Minutes
• Maintain HSE recording systems and registers
• Register daily dockets for plant, labour and materials
• Maintaining project registers and timesheets
• Accounts Payables & Receivable tasks (site invoicing)
• Generation and processing of Purchase Orders
• Assist in booking travel arrangements
