Job summary

Frasers Property Australia is seeking a proactive Building Manager to join our Queensland Development team on-site in Hamilton, Brisbane. You will own on-site operations, maintain asset presentation, and foster positive relationships with residents and Bodies Corporate, while coordinating contractors to deliver an outstanding resident experience.

Reporting to the Property Operations Manager, this permanent, full-time role requires collaborative, service-oriented individuals who can manage

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building or facilities management, ideally gained within a residential apartment, community scheme, or mixed-use precinct environment.
• Sound understanding of Queensland Body Corporate and Community Management legislation and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in building management software (such as MyBos or similar platforms) along with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and written communication skills, with a natural flair for customer service and proactive relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities under pressure, and remain available for after-hours emergency escalations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations across multiple buildings and coordinate daily activities.
• Coordinate amenity bookings and manage move-in/move-out schedules.
• Supervise trade contractors and monitor SLA performance.
• Maintain accurate resident registers and prepare operational/Body Corporate reports.
• Uphold OH&S compliance and coordinate emergency maintenance responses.
