Job summary

Meriton in Brisbane is seeking a Relief Building Manager to join our busy team. You will support day-to-day operations across multiple Brisbane buildings and receive full onsite training.

The role suits someone with 1–2 years in property or building management, preferably leasing experience and a current Real Estate Certificate or License. You will liaise with contractors, conduct site inspections, and assist with leasing activities, delivering customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Property or Building Management.
• Preferably Leasing experience.
• Current Real Estate Certificate or License.
• Solid understanding of Strata and Body Corporate processes.
• Willingness to travel between Brisbane buildings and be on-call for after-hours issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned buildings.
• Liaise with contractors and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with leasing activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Support building managers during periods of leave or increased workload.
