Job summary

Honeywell in Darwin, NT is seeking an Asset and Maintenance Manager to lead project delivery at the Darwin Correctional Precinct. You will plan, coordinate, and execute asset management and maintenance activities on-site, working with a local team and client representatives.

The role requires experience in facilities and asset management, familiarity with asset lifecycles, and the ability to obtain clearance to work in a prison environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities and asset management.
• Working knowledge of asset lifecycles and condition assessments.
• Experience on large commercial sites or correctional facilities preferred.
• Ability to obtain clearance to work in a prison environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset management plan and present to client annually.
• Develop and prepare project outlines for capital and lifecycle projects.
• Maintain asset data and condition assessments for client review.
• Manage contractual requirements to minimise Honeywell’s exposure.
• Develop and maintain standard project delivery methodologies.
