Suncorp Group is seeking Expressions of Interest for an On‑Road Assessor. You will conduct on-site and virtual assessments of property loss, determine scope of work, and communicate decisions clearly to customers. This hands-on, autonomous role balances technical judgment with empathy and strong client service.

Successful candidates will join a team focused on accurate reporting, compliant processes, and continuous improvement within a leading Australian insurance provider.

Formación

• Trade or building-related qualifications are required.
• Unrestricted full driver’s licence is mandatory.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills are essential.
• Experience in the insurance or property claims field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site property assessments and engage with customers.
• Determine scope of work and verify repair cost accuracy.
• Provide clear claim decisions and next steps to customers.
• Support managers in complex cases and identify vulnerable customers.
• Document decisions, evidence and outcomes in assessment reports.
• Help drive cost-focused outcomes and continuous improvement.
