Job summary

Carwash World is seeking an On-Road Field Service Technician to service and install car wash equipment across NSW with a take-home vehicle and generous allowances. The role includes on-site and remote support, and a rotating on-call roster.

You should be a practical problem-solver with hands-on electrical or mechanical trade experience, able to travel and work independently while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel regularly across NSW and occasionally interstate.
• Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
• Keen attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Be physically capable of working in various environments.
• Strong working knowledge of digital systems and reporting tools.
• Relevant electrical or mechanical trade qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission car wash equipment and hardware.
• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Use a methodical approach to fault-finding and problem-solving.
• Participation in a rotating on-call roster (weekends and public holidays).
