Job summary

Hazeldenes, a regional Victoria poultry producer, seeks a Team Leader to drive daily production, lead on-floor teams, and ensure safety, quality and GMP standards in Bendigo. You’ll mentor staff, manage shifts and champion continuous improvement to deliver consistent results.

This role blends hands-on leadership with planning and collaboration with HR and engineering to optimize performance, training, and workforce wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor and lead by example.
• Ensure the execution of production schedules, meeting throughput, quality, and safety standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support safety walks, incident reporting, GMP compliance, and Return to Work plans.
