You will supervise daily activities, drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and partner with HR to manage performance, safety and GMP compliance. This hands-on leadership role blends on-floor presence with planning to meet throughput, quality and safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, leading by example.
• Ensure production schedules meet throughput, quality, and safety standards.
• Address operational issues impacting performance and efficiency.
• Support machine performance and reliability through effective issue resolution.
• Supervise, train, and mentor employees, ensuring policy compliance.
• Conduct on-the-job training and employee development initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive culture with open communication and accountability.
• Monitor rotations, breaks, and labor distribution for efficiency.
• Participate in performance management with HR.
• Promote safety and GMP compliance; support Return to Work plans.
