Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking kitchen staff to support daily operations across our serving lines and production areas. Roles involve setting up serving lines, preparing items per the menu, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

The company operates across multiple states with pay rates that vary by location and position. Successful candidates will follow HACCP procedures, manage inventory, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan; batch cook and present items appealingly.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain FIFO inventory; keep coolers and racks clean and organized.
• Handle cash/ POS as needed and complete daily paperwork.
• Observe HACCP, safety rules, and participate in required trainings.
