Job summary

Gardeners Crate in Sydney is seeking a creative video maker who can plan visuals from scripts, shoot on a phone, and edit finished ads. You will present on camera, craft hooky social content, and help grow our brand beyond lawn and garden clutter.

You will knock out concepts daily, shoot before/after yard transformations, and own the pacing, captions, and music. This three-month contract leads to a full-time role as we scale, backed by mentors who built brands.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven eye for what stops thumbs and holds attention.
• Ability to shoot on a phone and edit social-ready clips.
• Comfort on camera with energetic, real-world personality.

Responsibilities

• Turn concepts into visual plans and shoot daily.
• Cut concepts through to finished ads; editors reuse footage.
• Be on camera for demos, interviews, and lawn-work showcases.
• Increase output from 30 to 50+ videos per week with variety.
• Door-knocking, free mows, and real-yard transformations.
• Stay ahead of trends and adapt them to our brand.
