Job summary

Decant Agency on the Gold Coast is seeking a content creator who designs mobile-first concepts, films on a phone, and edits with CapCut and Canva.

You'll shoot planning and direction, work with photographers and ads teams, and use monthly data to refine future posts and campaigns.

Open to 1–2 years’ experience in in-house, agency, freelance, or personal projects; paid trial day; hybrid 5 days with 2 days WFH; dog-friendly studio at Currumbin Waters.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years content creation experience in-house, agency, freelance or personal projects.
• Comfortable on camera and able to proofread and adapt writing to brand tones.
• Able to follow briefs, collaborate with designers and ads teams, and take feedback.
• Strong organisational skills to plan shoots, props, talent and shot lists.
• Confident with mobile-first filming and basic editing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Concept it: design mobile-first post and ad concepts for clients.
• Film it: shoot on your phone in store, on location, or in studio.
• Cut it: mobile editing with CapCut and Canva finish.
• Design the shoots: shot lists, location scouting, prop sourcing, talent wrangling.
• Work across teams: brief and be briefed by designers and ads specialists.
• Use the data: review insights to improve next batches of content.
• Talk to clients: contribute creative direction during calls.
