Job summary

Smart Energy in Byron Bay is seeking a hands-on Content Creator to shoot, edit and publish across organic and paid social. You’ll travel to customer homes and installation sites to capture real stories, then turn them into engaging content for reels, shorts and ads.

You’ll own the content calendar, plan shoots, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive leads and growth. This is a new role with room to build the playbook and own the creative direction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience creating video and photography content.
• Showreel or portfolio demonstrating short-form social video and photography.
• Confident shooting video and photography independently.
• Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes and installation sites to capture real stories.
• Shoot, edit and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Produce and refresh creative for Meta advertising campaigns and other paid media.
• Showcase team culture, offices, events and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Plan shoots, maintain content calendar and organise footage libraries.
