Job summary

Sonder is expanding its 24/7 safety and wellbeing service across Australia, with a ground-floor role based in or around Broken Hill. You will join the Responders Network on a flexible 24-hour on-call roster, nominating your own hours and receiving remuneration for on-call availability and incident response.

Successful candidates must complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. This is a pivotal role to build and expand our network nationwide, with support from the Response

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage Sonder's critical incident response capability within your area.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement to support Sonder's business and operational outputs; nurture partnerships.
• Provide input to operational procedures and network management.
• Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses to support the network of responders in your area.
