Job summary
Shoalhaven City Council in Nowra, NSW, seeks a Coordinator - Operations & Logistics to oversee safe, efficient waste facilities and logistics services. You will lead supervisors and staff, manage resources and ensure reliable service delivery to the community.

Qualifications
- Leadership and people management experience in a complex service delivery environment.
- Experience managing safety, operational performance, resources and compliance obligations.
- Strong logistics and asset management capabilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and support supervisors and operational employees to deliver safe, effective and customer-focused services.
- Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across the operation.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, service levels and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset utilisation, operational efficiency and service reliability.
