Job summary

R.M.Williams is seeking a warm, authentic Customer Experience Ambassador to join our global Customer Service team in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Based in our showroom, you will help deliver the Signature Service while supporting omnichannel interactions across phone, chat, SMS and video appointments.

You will champion brand storytelling, provide stock, order, returns and repair information, and act as a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge to tailor solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume omnichannel customer service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across channels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and foster inclusive interactions.
• Proven selling skills with a track record of achieving commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Craft an immersive customer experience, championing our Signature Service.
• Demonstrate a strong service culture and brand mission worldwide.
• Cultivate online sales via phone, chat, SMS and video appointments.
• Provide stock, order inquiries, returns and repairs information to customers.
• Act as a RM Williams brand ambassador with product knowledge.
