Job summary

R.M.Williams is seeking a Sales Associate for Chatswood Chase to join our iconic Australian retailer. You will join a team supporting Store Management to create a profitable business while delivering exceptional customer service and expertise in footwear, fashion and accessories.

The role focuses on actively selling, building relationships with customers, and meeting KPIs while maintaining a presentable store aligned with Visual Merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience within a fashion or footwear retailer.
• Proven ability to meet and contribute to sales targets.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop exceptional product knowledge across our range of fashion, footwear and accessories.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, managers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience.
• Actively selling products and developing relationships with customers.
• Provide follow up and after sales care to customers.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily tasks.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure the store is kept presentable and in-line with Visual Merchandising standards to maximise sales potential.
