Job summary

Home Of Industrial Ideas is seeking an Oil-Free Air Sales Representative to manage and grow a NSW territory across manufacturing, food and beverage, mining, energy, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. The role is consultative and relationship-driven, focusing on understanding customer challenges and delivering energy-efficient solutions.

You will drive sales, build strong end-user relationships, manage the full sales cycle from solution development through to project award, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Experience in technical, industrial or solution-based B2B sales.
• Strong ability to identify customer challenges and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Proven track record of managing opportunities, negotiations and targets.
• Experience with compressed air systems or related industrial technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined NSW territory, driving sales and customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, engineering firms and contractors.
• Identify and convert opportunities across oil-free air and cooling solutions.
• Develop new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from solution development through to project award.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and territory growth.
