Junction Support Services is seeking a part-time OHS professional to lead safety initiatives and provide expert advice across injury management and return to work. You will partner with leaders and staff to strengthen safety culture, manage risks, and coordinate return-to-work pathways after injury or illness.
You will support policy development, conduct audits, and monitor incident trends while maintaining accurate records and promoting wellbeing across the team.

In this diverse and meaningful role, you’ll provide hands‑on support, expert advice, and practical solutions across all areas of Occupational Health & Safety, Injury Management, and Return to Work. You’ll work closely with leaders and employees to build safe work practices, reduce workplace risk, and facilitate smooth and supportive pathways back to work following injury or illness.

This is a Part-Time permanent opportunity, 60.80 hours per fortnight. You will have the ability to be based at either of our Morwell or Bairnsdale office depending on your preference.
