Job summary

EnerMech Ltd is seeking experienced offshore technicians to join our casual offshore workforce pool for upcoming projects. You will support pipeline flushing, cleaning, pressure testing and commissioning across major clients in the energy sector.

Successful candidates must be able to travel for 2–4 week campaigns, maintain the highest safety standards, and complete pre-employment checks including National Police Clearance.

Qualifications

• Previous offshore operational experience.
• BOSIET or FOET with CA-EBS.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work away from home for offshore campaigns of 2 to 4 weeks duration.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment and client-mandated background checks, including National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Triplex Pumps and/or DHDA Pumps during pipeline flushing, cleaning and pressure testing activities.
• Support the safe setup, rig‑up, operation and maintenance of specialist process equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify operational issues.
• Assist with testing and commissioning activities.
• Follow permit-to-work systems, operational procedures, risk assessments and client HSE requirements.
• Work safely within an offshore environment while maintaining the highest safety standards.
